NDIS Specialist Disability Accommodation

Tricrest Construction used our JDS Deluxe internal door frames for their NDIS High Physical Support project in Bassendean.  The project consists of 2 SDA Dwellings. The project required our Deluxe frames made to order for compliance to suit 1020 wide doors that are 2340 high to allow for maximum space.

Each dwelling consists of two bedrooms with private en-suites and a third bedroom in a 'studio' like setup to allow for one resident to have increased independence. 

This is an award winning project for Tricrest Construction and JDS are proud to be able to put our name to the internal door frames. Tricrest have been named as a finalist in the "Specialised Housing of the Year at the 2023 HIA TRUECORE® steel Perth Housing Awards". This is a true testament to their on-going efforts in the building industry to provide outstanding products for their customers to enjoy.
